[Hard Reject] How to improve my WP theme. Some help?

Hello all.
I developed one page WP Theme.

I get two times hard reject.
These are the details of the reject:

  1. Design elements are not consistent, theme uses more than one.
  2. Design is not aesthetically pleasing.
  3. Usability is pretty poor.
  4. Theme seems unfinished too.

I need feedback. Can someone help me where I can improve and what is the problem?
