[Hard Reject] How to improve my theme

Hi,
I submitted my theme and get hard reject.

ThemeForest and cannot be resubmitted as it did not meet our minimum
requirements for quality and/or Envato Market policies. In order for
submissions to be considered for sale they must be of high aesthetic and

Can you help me to make improvements and show errors in my theme.

  1. Top block have too big height. Little top menu have duplicated menu elements, don’t understand what the reason that it’s in the top. I would put the bottom it all with the social networks.
  2. Ad banner keep all attention instead of main menu.
