I’m looking for the fastest mobile and desktop speed, out of the box, business/corporate WP themes. I understand that it is recommended that one still make use of Cache, image optimizing and CSS/JS minimizing plugins, as well as good hosting, but I’m looking for something that has a good base to start with. A couple “Live Previews” I’ve tested so far on Google’s Page Speed site are:

Karma
Unite
They seem to have a good starting point. Can you recommend any others that can compare or have better results?
