GoodLIfe theme - Featured image not working

Hi there, i’ve a problem with my theme. The featured image doesn’t work anymore, it shows a black square instead of the image i choose from my media on the home page and on the top of each article. The picture is on the server and works if use it like a normal picture in the body of the article

Can someone help?

You can open item which you purchased and from support tab please contact to theme author for help

Hi the site can’t verify the purchase, always return on the select the product you want support, and so i can’t ask for support directly. I can see my purchase in the list, of course.
