Geo POS - new purchase- Installation issue after purchase - No response from vendor


I have purchased 2nd copy of “Geo POS - Point of Sale, Billing and Stock Manager Application” , on Jul 3, 2024, from to install at our client’s domain .
But during installation its not progressing . Pre installation check is success but in next page it stuck. Seems like the site is blocking from the vendor’s end while importing database.

I have mailed regarding it and no reply from them even after 3 days!
Our customer is suffering from this due to this issue!

Please help me to rectify the issue as I have fed up contacting the author and they seems to be so irresponsible in handling such critical issue.
