FTP problems to connect

Hi guys

I had enough spending hours reading all this support articles and this long topic about FTP…

so anyone can tell me how to connect? just simple what is the host now, is the api token (I generated new one) my password? shold I write my username…

do anyone can make it simple step by step?

that’s the problem - now they made this so complicated and you have to read this articles for hours and nothing changed - that’s why I asked if someone can help quicker than this tons of articles

simple FTP connection became like programming new portal.

Then you can check read carefully troubleshooting guide (if you haven’t already) and work through that to see if it helps.

okay - so what is the port? 21?

and what is the username? my marketplace username which is novocaina or the name of the token I generated?

serwer is ftp.marketplace.envato.com ?

username: Novocaina (case sensative so first n will be capital)
Host : ftp.marketplace.envato.com
Please note: If you use the https://author.envato.com/upload (stock video/motion graphics) the Host will be ftp.author.envato.com

You need to create a Personal Token here: https://build.envato.com/create-token/
Use this token as your password in FTP.
