I’m working on a marketplace and am trying to put the site together, which I need help with. I have purchased the theme Savoy (http://themeforest.net/item/savoy-minimalist-ajax-woocommerce-theme/12537825?s_rank=8) and need some help with getting it to work properly. I also need help with customizing the theme to look more like a design I made in Photoshop. What’s a good place to find web developers who can help with this?

Best place to start is to ask the author of the theme - noone will know the theme as well as them.
