could be something similar.
Most multi purpose themes could get close but which ever theme you use is going to require some fairly heavy duty customisation work

Here is the best advice I can give you - okay so WE ALL SEE WEBSITES at one time or another that we think wow that is amazing. BUT if we were to simply duplicate a theme from someone elses website, then it doesn’t be unique to us (or you).

I agree with @charlie4282 that either way you will need to modify any possible theme, and if you were to DUPLICATE your website to look like the one you mentioned, then the chances are you would get done for some sort of copyright infringement or Plagiarism
I certainly won’t copy. I would like a similar and free theme for a basic website.
