Feedback Needed: Over 50 Rejections

I am reaching out after receiving over 50 rejections for my WordPress plugin submissions. Despite thoroughly reviewing the Envato documentation and ensuring my plugin meets all quality standards, I am still facing rejections without specific feedback.

Plugin functionality - My plugin displays the total list of Contact Form 7 forms and the total submission count.

I have attached the Git code URL and the admin console plugin UI below for reference.Your insights will be invaluable in helping me identify and correct any issues. Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!

Same plugin or different ones ( over 50 rejections )?

Hi @ki-themes , The same plugin. I have two accounts, so I tried multiple uploads using both accounts .Kindly help me; I am totally stuck because of this rejection. I don’t know what I will do next.

Submitting the same item from different accounts is a fast way to be blocked esp if you’ve had a hard reject which will have said it can’t be resubmitted.

What changes/updates did you make before resubmitting each time?

Assuming that the documentation and technical standards are met then the addition of submission count and latest entry alone, while useful, is not really premium esp as it does not extend the practical functionality of the forms and this list would need to be supplementary to the one already in the plugin admin with other important info such as any errors with a form etc which is poor ux

Hi @charlie4282 , Thanks for sharing the details.

From the beginning, I developed a premium plugin and tried to upload it, but it was continuously rejected. After that, I planned to start with a small project because if it was successfully uploaded, I would get an idea to solve the issues with my premium plugin. And here I faced a lot of rejections, so I used multiple accounts to upload the same plugin and My doubts are:

  1. My plugin was rejected within 30 minutes. I think it was rejected by some automation check. Is there an automation check?
  2. If re-submission is not allowed, how can I submit the same plugin after modifications? Can I change the plugin name or continue with the same name?
  3. Now I have uploaded the same plugin using a different account due to rejections. Can I use the same account for my premium plugin in the future, or should I move to another account?
  4. They rejected my plugin within 30 minutes. How can they monitor my plugin’s functionality during such a short time? (I mean this is not premium)

Thanks in advance.

  1. I’m not a reviewer but I believe there is no automation involved. That said there are basic requirements around documentation, assets etc and if these are not correct then the item probably doesn’t even get looked at.

  2. Changing the name is not enough there should be significantly additional features, functionality, attention to detail, etc. that improves it.

  3. Given that you are already breaching policy by submitting the same items using different accounts, you definitely should not be creating more accounts. Remember you are only allows 1 exclusive and 1 non-exclusive account and the account you submit with is not important - what matters is premium quality items submitted correctly.

  4. Again this could easily be to do with the way it’s submitted, or that the reviewer is seeing multiple failed similar submissions etc. but even then 30 minutes to install and test a plugin that tracks the volume of submissions and most recent date of entry seems more than long enough
