I have three web pages created with different platforms and support and they have nothing to send to envato and the basel theme. To begin with, Envato does not have direct support to contact them with any problem, since the theme is purchased on this platform and if you have problems you have to put up with it. I bought the basel theme and there are only problems, it slows me down a lot since the codes are not correct from the beginning, and in the support I write that how is it not their problem that I hire their services? hello? I have paid for them to provide me with solutions and resolve my doubts and that is lacking on this platform. I WANT YOU TO CONTACT ME TO SOLVE THIS OR RETURN MY MONEY FOR THIS ISSUE WHICH ONLY KNOWS TO GIVE ME PROBLEMS. I will never work with Envato or Shopify again.
Have you tried contacting the author - issues with an item goes to them not envato
The item has bed good ratings and @Jthemes are a very established author who I would expect to be able to help.

We are already communicating with client and we are responding to queries. Hope everything is OK now. We just got some update and we are on it.
I have nothing but problems with the Basel theme. It is FULL of bugs and keeps breaking. I’ve lost lots of content and hours spent trying to fix issues. It is garbage.
