Is there any chance that this problem is going to be fixed? I don’t want to do updating manually. It is too frustrating

I have the same question: I have read the threads and solutions mentioned but am a complete newb and am mega afraid to ruin something. Is there a chance that there will be an automatic fix by Envato/Themeforest?

Hi everyone,

I have the same problem as all of you when I try to update my Soledad theme from 7.2.3 to 7.3.0. First time in 2 years that I am facing a problem with Soledad. I usually updated the theme through my Wordpress panel in one click.

Here is the message I receive :
Une erreur est survenue lors de la mise Ă  jour de soledad : L’archive n’a pas pu ĂȘtre installĂ©e. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I read all the previous advices and messages but unfortunately I don’t understand what I have to do


Hope an easier solution will be found.

In the comments section of the theme, the theme developer says they are using au automatic platform for updates (and this platform currently has some issues).

They recommend making the update as explained in this article: https://pencidesign.ticksy.com/article/15633/
