Error :Unable to create drawing surface

When I render the video a pop up box shows this error "unable to create drawing surface"
and after effects stop working.
Please let me know how to fix this error

Try to turn off multi processing. Go to Edit --> Preferences --> Memory and Multiprocessing and turn it off :wink:

I did what you said but still Im getting the same error :frowning:

Most Of The Times, This Happens When You Scrub through the timeline Too Often :wink: ( At Least To Me ) .

Try : Open Ae Go to > Edit > Purge > All ,Have The “Fast Previews” To -Addaptive Resolution , And Import/open Your Project
