Hello,
I have a question about License on envato elements

I have an online shop that is sell personalized phone cases that i make at home

I can download an image from envato elements and put it on the phone case and the sell it on my shop? ( lets say i sell 5 phone cases with this image do i need to download that image 5 times to have the license)

or can i use more images to create a design (ex: i use a picture background then i put dolphin picture and some text)

someone know the right answer

I’m not 100% sure but I don’t think you can use the image.

  1. You can’t use an Item in any application allowing an end user to customize a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application.

You generally can’t use items as the basis for merchandising. For example, printing a logo from Envato Elements straight onto a T-shirt is not allowed.
