I paid monthly subscription and started my 7 day trial, once I try to download the product, I get that famous screenshot (see the attachment please).

Try again later and if it’s still same, I suggest to contact Elements support by most likely by the time you’re getting a proper solution, your free trial would be already ended.

Same thing is happening from yesterday, I reached out to support, no one reached back.

The problem is with a card, as I’m not able to buy anything from envato market also, it says account locked.

You need to stop trying and wait for the Envato Elements support team reply. Only they are the right team to assist on account related issue.
