Bought one of their scripts on CodeCanyon,

Never worked, trying over and over to contact support, but they just send automated answers, and deny refunds, when by just checking online the name of the “developers team” (AKA Viserlab) on Trustpilot it shows clearly that they are scammer that sell not working scripts and use bots to make purchases.

Opened Dispute with Envato, and even showing multiple proofs, email, login and not working script, they said that they can’t proceed to refund.

Number Guessing doesn’t show the number after you play, each time it shows the message “Time Over”, to check the number i need go into game logs, a thing that a normal user can’t do.

is not possible to edit win percentages, so you are basically stuck with definite values if you don’t modify source code…

“Play mines” if you have balance, but don’t select any mines, and put a number and click Play, the balance will be subtracted, and it will show “You won 0 USD” , basically, you will lose each time you play.,

On Siteground instead is really slow to use, Poker Game internal error 500, so is unplayable, and if you play games and don’t input anything as value and click “Play” game will still start the audio each time.

REVIEWS AND BEHAVIOUR.

SCRIPT IS FAULTY. THEY OFFER “SUPPORT” BY PAYING, A SCRIPT THAT YOU PAID ALREADY.

REFUSE ALL REFUNDS REQUESTS.

CLOSING ALL TICKETS AND GOING ON ENVATO.

NO POSITIVE REVIEWS AT ALL, THE ONES ARE THEIR SAME DEVELOPERS, CHECK THE NAMES ON TRUSTPILOT.

Let me know, if this isn’t resolved, i will contanct PERSONALLY the Antitrust , because this crap can’t happen online.

They just keep changing names of the items, also, if you check the comments and reviews of their scripts, you will see THE SAME NAMES, over and over, so, THE SAME PEOPLE, KEEP BUYING ALL OF THE SCRIPTS, FROM THE SAME DEVELOPERS., KEEP COMMENTING, BOTLIKE BEHAVIOUR.

Why unlist this, when is obvious they are scammers?.

Does Envato support scammers now?.

Hello - as a volunteer mod I would disagree with you and say NO Envato does not support scammers. To me your link looks different to the original item so have you modified it?

I suppose really if you installed it, then did nothing with the script, perhaps you could reasonably say there was issues, but your version looks different in the coding to the latest release by viserlab.

For info your post was unlisted because you provided a link to the script that ANYONE could have downloaded, and people wonder why scripts end up being nulled!

Just read the post, they don’t sell the full code of the script, so they can get paid for “support” of course my code is “different”, just check the reviews, just check the behaviour, just check.

I contacted already Envato, and they refuse a refund, when is an obvious scam script, even providing FULL CODE and a website that hosts the same code with credentials. Contacted the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission for fraudolent practices ---- request (3456398) , if you want to ask for full picture.

Want to know the answer?, since Envato is based in Australia, THEY NEED TO DO REFUNDS. STOP. No matter their ToS , they are illegal if they don’t comply.
