Envato API error: Scopes not matching. not_authenticated

Hi,
My system has been running for many years, but today, when I use token to call this API:

https://api.envato.com/v1/market/private/user/account.json

I can no longer retrieve the information. The error returned is:

    "error": "Scopes not matching. Expected [\"user:account\"] ",
    "code": "not_authenticated"
}

Is the Envato system being upgraded or something?

Yes, we are also experiencing the same issue. It appears that there is an issue with Envato’s APIs. We need to wait for the error to be resolved.

I have the same issue. Waiting for Envato’s response.

Faced with the same issue. Our clients cannot activate their licenses.
Hope it will be fixed soon!

Our customers are also reporting multiple issues with the API. The problem seems widespread.

There hasn’t been any issues ( according to the system ) yet.

APIs are operational but some endpoints are not working properly.

I can confirm this, we currently have dozens of clients with this issue.

We are facing same issues.

We are having the same issue with our licenses. We cannot register or update as we get the 'something went wrong go back and click get license" error.

@ki-themes @BenLeong Hello, I have Noticed 90% Sale’s dropped, What do you think, what’s the feature with Envato. I think Envato are Currently not Running the Ads Campaign or After Acquired By Shutterstock. Is there any plan, How we will deal with this Sale drop issue.
