Envato API doen't find item purchased. why?

Hi all, as in object Ipurchased the item and it has a valid item id.
Anyway the api says me:
“Your OAuth Personal Token has been verified. However, there are no WordPress downloadable items in your account.”

how to solve it?
what’s is the mail of envato’s customer support?

Are you sure you purchased it with this account? Is it definitely a WP item you bought?

Hi @davet12,

Envato API personal token:

You can generate Envato API personal token here . Please make sure you set required Token permissions. It may prompt you to sign into your Envato account

Before you create a new token the following 3 permissions should be selected from the list of permission available on the Token page.

  1. View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
  2. Download the user’s purchased items
  3. List purchases the user has made

Hope this will help you.

Still no luck please open an Envato Customer support Help ticket and let them know. Envato Customer support team will be happy to assist you.

Thanks

Hello,

I took over the maintenance of a WP page.

Fennik from La Studio is active there as a theme and was also acquired.

Envato Market is also installed there.

I have no data or information about purchased plugins and would now like to update the theme via Envato.

Can I do this at all without having any data on the purchased theme? If yes, how should I proceed?

Unfortunately, my English isn’t that good and I hope you can still understand me here

Greetings - Jan

without purchase code you will not be able to activate the theme. Also to get auto update features you will need envato token (used in envato market plugin) and the token will work only for the purchased account.

Hello,

The theme is active and works without problems. However, there is an update pending … which I probably cannot have processed without further data.

The site and plugins etc. were created by a person who is no longer available.

That probably also means that Wordpress does not save the data for the purchased theme, for example?

Then the purchased theme is now probably worthless :-/

Greetings Jan
