Elements payment didn’t go through

Hi Everyone,
I got notification that my Elements payment didn’t go through this month, and they weren’t able to process my payment. I just add my PayPal acc. to use it for Envato. May be some of you guys already solved such problem? Let me know please.

Hello Motion4Pro.
In order to make a payment, you must earn at least $50 to process your earning to paypal and also payoneer too. I think your earning was under from that value.

Hi, I know about that rule. But unfortunately, the problem not in that.
