i have a web site to develop and i have no idea what to do to solve all this

Are you sure you are using correct support channel?
Also if demo import process doesn’t end, you need to change your server settings. Please read theme documentation to find out what settings are preferred for theme to work properly and ask your hosting provider to adjust them for you.

If you are having issue with installing the demo content of the theme, can you please check if you’ve set these PHP configuration as mentioned in the documentation like below? :
Recommended PHP configuration limits
upload_max_filesize = 32M
post_max_size = 32M
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
memory_limit = 256M
