Does anyone know how long it takes to review if you edit tags on one of your approved items?
I wanted to add some extra tags but I’m scared it will take my item off the market and/or possibly reject it.
I won’t be making any changes to the audio itself (this time).
Also, if anyone knows how long an audio edit on an approved item does take to review (turn around time), that would be very helpful as well.

If all you’re doing is changing tags or editing the item description text, the wait isn’t very long - at most a few hours; though in most cases they’re approved within minutes, or in some cases (instantly) auto-processed. Updating the preview or audio files in the zip usually takes anywhere from a few hours to a day.
In both cases, the current version of your item will still stay up and online until the update is processed, so no need to worry.
