Downloaded theme but all images are removed

Hi,
I’ve just purchased a theme but all the images are blank, they just show a white box with the dimensions in. I only noticed this when uploading but even when i re download the files the images are still blank.

Any ideas what is wrong?

Images aren’t included with download file. not only your purchase theme all of envato market Themes. As for image copyright issue.

Thanks for the reply. All the themes i have bought before have come with all image files, the only difference with this one is its a html template rather than a theme with builder.
Is there any way to get the image files seen on the original?

What is the item name?

You could reach out to the author and find out where they got them but the likelyhood is that they won’t be able to share/distribute them
