Does anyone know where to obtain required plugins for older versions of the Avada Theme?

Understanding Theme Forest and Envato are just a host of wordpress themes, I cannot find anywhere else more relevant to ask.

We are trying to upgrade from 4 to 7 of the Avada Theme. Documentation suggests going from 4 to 5 first. The problem is that Avada has 2 plugins that are required: Avada Core and Avada Builder. The downloads on the Avada site are compatible with the latest version of Avada theme. We cannot get Avada Theme version 5 to function without the correct versions of these plugins.

We also cannot find a way to ask Avada without paying for a support package. Is there a more appropriate place we can communicate with Avada? A forum? Chat? Discord?

@deasonized - the short answer is no. You should renew your support package with Avada and stop trying to cut corners by saving a few dollars/pounds.
