Do I need a second regular License or does the initial license suffice? or an Extended License?

I purchased a theme on ThemeForest with a standard license, which I customized by adding my client’s data and photos and modifying the design to meet their specific needs.

Now, I have a second client and want to use the same theme again, updating it by incorporating the second client’s data and photos and re-customizing the design to fit their requirements, creating a version distinct from the original theme.

My question is: do I need to purchase a new standard license for this second client, or does the initial license suffice, given that I personalize the theme for each client? Or should I opt for an extended license instead?

FYI envato does not have any multiple use license regardless of regular or extended.
