Which License to use?

Hey Community,

sorry for this smple question but it’s my first time using envato items.

I would like to buy “Uncode - Creative Multiuse WordPress Theme” but im struggeling with the licenses.

I would like to use the theme for a customers Homepage. The customer will be charged for the Website and my work on it. I will NOT resell the Template.

Do i need the regular or the extended License.
