deregister bearstheme theme

Hello

I purchased a theme from Themeforest. The author is bearsthemes. It’s called excitor. During development, I actviated the copy of the theme with the purchase code. Now that I have moved the site over to a live site, I need to deregister the theme so I can register the now live theme. I signed up for a years support and have emailed them but have yet to hear anything from them. This is not the first time I had a hard time getting them to respond.
