We submitted the first time our photoshop action. I know that the Graphicriver review team takes maximum 4 to 5 days for review add ons item, but it already 8 days running, but don’t get any result still item not approved. Is there any problem with Envato or My Envato Account? Please, anyone, help me.

There’s no guarantee for review time - it takes as long as it takes and can be influenced by numerous factors.
Unfortunately you will just have to wait.

As @charlie4282 said, there’s no guarantee for review time. My item got reviewed after 10 days. So, please keep patience.
