Hi, we are currently just finalising our first premium theme. We are running the final tests etc but I want to know how does the purchase license system work on Themeforest?
Do we have to create some coding to generate and log license coding or does Themeforest automatically generate this upon purchase?
I am sure this is covered somewhere, any help would be great!!

Themeforest generates a purchase code and license for you.
Bear in mind you can’t track this info or users’ URL etc. unless voluntarily submitted by the users
i.e. you cannot restrict the theme in anyway that forces users to submit their info but you can have something like auto updates where users submit their license code to apply these - the point is that is a voluntary decision from them to use it and submit their info
