Wordpress Theme License Used

I have bought a wordpress theme and used it on wordpress. After I checked on the themeforest dashboard, it turns out that I can download the license file (.pdf dan .txt).

What is the license for? And when do I need to use it? So far I only installed the zip file into my wordpress, could that cause problems?

Hi @balkisanton,

If your installed theme ask to activate the theme license then you will need license code (purchase code). License code used to verify the purchase.

Thanks for the answer. But why am I not getting a request to enter a license?

It depends on the theme. maybe the theme author didn’t integrate the license system. If your theme not required to enter the purchase code then you don’t need to think about it. Thanks
