If you are an Elements subscriber, use any other item from Elements and include the link to the item with your entry to be eligible for the bonus prize (see prize section for more details).
@sumdesigns We’re primarily looking for entries posted to this thread for the purpose of the contest only, not items created/submitted to Envato Market that are sold. We simply want to see what you can create. If you want to go the extra mile and use the freebies in an Envato submission and then share it with us, sure, go for it! Just be mindful of the contest duration and deadline and plan accordingly and note that creating something to sell is not the main purpose of the contest. Hope that helps!
If you’d like to use something like the free photos from Elements in an item you are submitted to Envato Market that you will sell, you can certainly use the images in your preview, yes.
You may then post your item that you are selling in this situation into this contest if you wish.
The main point of the contest however is NOT to create a brand new item that you sell with these items, it’s just to showcase your creativity. Create an image or a video for example, and post right here in the thread!
Note that not only do the freebies contain photos, but there are also some other assets - a font, a Photoshop action, a flyer, and a PowerPoint template.
Read the full contest instructions very carefully as there are some special bonus prizes (e.g. Best submission that uses the most free items) so you will need to tailor your entry around those if you wish to win extra prizes.
