Could not load signed in user profile: The API returned an error (403 - )

Hey guys, I am trying to activate flatsome theme on my wordpress account. I have created an Envato profile but when I click on generate a token, I get an “Access denied” page. It displays the following error.

I have my account created and I am logged in, I have tried caching the browser, using a different browser, going incognito but nothing helped.

Hi,

In envato market I can’t find your account. Please make sure your account is active in envato market and use the same account for generate a token.
