Codecanyon Item rejected due to "quality standard required to move forward"

I have created a plugin with functionality close to microphotostocking ( that was direction I was going ), here is what my plugin offers:

  1. Custom Upload System ( I’m not using wordpress media gallery system ), so this means only thumbnails have the same name, the others are protected

  2. Watermark everywhere auto( microphotostocking style),left, right, bottom, center

  3. Watermark presentation image and/all thumbnail

  4. The plugin introduce 3 new roles, premium, gold and silver, for each one you can define a number of images that can be downloaded monthly, admin has unlimited downloads

  5. History Download

  6. Exif info is automatically fetched

  7. Shortcodes

  8. Filter and search functionality

  9. Widgets

  10. Display: Masonry or rows

  11. And much more

The items was rejected with the following message:

The Plugin was installed in a default wordpress theme. So I admit the design was not perfect, but I submited the plugin not the theme, so why does Envato consider this is not worth investing time at all ?

Do you consider my item has no value or the problem is the default theme ?

It could be the design or the plugin is not offering anything new and unique if you can find similar plugin for free at WordPress.org

I got this mail. what’s the wrong in my project? Why you not describe in more details?
