Client bought "two copies" of my html template and want a refund Could it be true?

Hello there! Maybe someone can clear this out. Pretty much the title explains it a bit.

Clients message for refund:

I bought two copies, I just need one. I did not even download the second one. Can I get a refund for that?

How I even can check if he bought two copies? Wouldn’t themeforest just don’t allow it since he already bought it the first time?

Just check your statements, click on the invoice number, there you’ll have your buyer’s info.

There is no limit on how many license a buyer can buy.
