Yes, start with the link posted by @ThePixor but if the author doesn’t reply then you can raise a dispute. I’m pretty sure after 5 days you can open a dispute directly from the refund page, but if not you can contact support and explain the situation to them.
Thanks, I submitted the refund form. They said they will contact the template maker and go from there.
A word of advice; authors are much more inclined to refund a mistaken purchase if you haven’t downloaded the file.
That makes sense, I ordered two on accident so the one I never downloaded might come into play.
