Theme purchased more than one time? What should I do

I purchsed a theme twice but nedd only one what should i do please help

Don’t worry just contact with your theme Author and tell that by mistake you have bought twice the item and you would like to get a refund. Hopefully your Theme Author will short out this.

Hi,

Have you explained why you want refund and you must tell your Theme Author you want refund only 1 as you bought twice. You can explain to Author when they will reply your refund request.

I hope your Theme Author will short out this.

You can request a refund and explain the situation to the author. Most authors offer refunds for a secondary license with no issues. Cheers! :slight_smile:
