@KingDog @BenLeong I’m assuming this is tied to the Dashboard issues…
The Earnings Statement that just came out is mislabeled as June 2025 instead of April 2025.
That would be my assumption as well. I’ll check into it.
@MargJohnsonVA That isn’t a bug - it’s a change to the statements, introduced on June 15.
Previously we’ve published multiple statements each month: one for item earnings paid that month on Elements Earnings from the revenue period two months earlier, and a second one for any relevant Elements Incentives payments in the current month. Those mostly applied back when we had specific promotions running (e.g. “triple earnings on stock footage”), and the separate statements are still available for anyone needing to access their historical records.
From June 2025, all payout details are combined into one statement for the payment month, with separate line items for any components. These are now labelled [Month] Elements statement.
If you check your June Elements Statement, you’ll see that it has a line item called “Envato Elements Item Earnings” for the earnings month of April 2025.
Thanks for the explanation. I’ll pass the info on to the person who asked me about it. Was there an announcement that we missed? Thanks again!
Thanks Marg!
We didn’t make an announcement about this one as we’d hoped that it wouldn’t cause too much confusion - mostly we receive questions about why the older statements (named with the earning month in the filename) didn’t match the month the payout was processed in. I can see how it’s still potentially confusing for people who were familiar with the older system.
