Can't upload to VideoHive anymore

Hi. I’m an Envato author who has published most works on GraphicRiver (over 100 items) and only one item on VideoHive, years ago.

I’ve just discovered my upload rights on Videohive have been removed automatically and cannot be manually reinstated because I haven’t uploaded anything in a long time, says Support.

This is absurd, I can’t upload anything new since I haven’t uploaded anything in years?

Do I need to create another Envato account just to be able to publish an item (extension) on Videohive? Really?

Thank you for the info, but I don’t want to upload motion graphics or stock footage. I want to upload an extension.
Can someone from Videohive support explain how this works?
