We purchased the Theme Oxides from Theme Forest three days ago. The theme installed fine and everything was good to go until our media stopped uploading. We then were suggested to uninstall the theme, and that resulted in us unable to install the theme.
These are the error messages we are getting:
We have tried many solutions, including installing the theme via the FTP and changing the permissions. The theme doesn’t appear on wordpress, and the themes that we have in our wp/content doesn’t match up with what is on Wordpress.
We then looked at reconnecting our FTP to the wordpress but our host assured it was all connected correctly. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we should try? We have been through so many “fixes” now but nothing seems to work.
