Can't Submit VideoHive Motion Graphics because it says "connecting"

I uploaded content to Videohive directly 2 days ago as I have always done, but there are 10 videos that keep saying “connecting” I was able to tag them, but the status hasn’t changed. I can’t click the “x” on them and it’s preventing me from submitting the other clips.

Has anyone had this issue before and knows what to do?

same here from yesterday

Thanks for reporting the issue. Motion Graphics reviewers were reporting a surprisingly low number of submissions coming in. I was just running some upload/submission tests myself and ran into the same issue reported above.

We have alerted the developers and they should be able to deploy a fix pretty soon. Apologies and thanks for your patience!

@MarkBrodhuber It is also not working for the Stock Footage category. This is day 3 for this issue for both Motion Graphics and Stock Footage submissions.

After the upload progress is completed, it stays on the loading video screen. This has been the case for a few days, please give the administrators feedback to the technical staff, and hope to solve it as soon as possible, thank you!

It started again yesterday.
This problem seems to be happening frequently lately.

same problem. may be technical problem. i hope all would be fixed soon

Hello everyone,

I’m having trouble uploading videos to my account. The names appear from my page but nothing else appears. Does anyone happen to have the same problem. I leave a picture so you can see what I see.
Thank you for your help.

Same problem still exists for me. Been that way for the past 2 days. I’ve re-uploaded my clips several times, same result. I’ve tried both using the FTP and just uploading through the web browser option. Neither work.

I am facing the same problem as well.

Hi all. I’ve merged a few related threads into one, so we have a single place to post updates about this.

Our developers have identified the problem, and they’re currently working on a solution. I’ll update this thread as soon as we have more information to share.

You can also check on the status of this incident here:

Our developers have just confirmed that this video upload issue has been fixed.

Any items that received this error during upload have now finished processing, and should be visible on your Video Upload page.
