Greetings! I’m a recent Convert Plus customer. But I can’t get an opt-in email to connect with Active Campaign. I’ve read and implemented all the integration documentation several times. The info shows up in Convert Plus but not in Active Campaign. (My Active Campaign-only opt-ins are working.)
I’m frustrated and completely unable to move forward with my website overhaul. I submitted a ticket for help nearly a week ago, but have not gotten a solution yet although they initially did ask for my login info. How long does it take to get support?
Or, do you know of any places to look for a glitch in the integration of Convert Plus and Active Campaign?
