I scheduled a campaign; however, prospects don’t seem to receive messages. After scheduling the campaign, is there a specific button to click to send the messages to prospects? Or how long should you wait for emails to be sent?

I contacted the author but he doesn’t tell me anything concrete, that’s why I came to the forum, maybe someone has already used the “Marketing Automation module for Perfex CRM” module and can tell me how to activate the sending of campaign emails

Long shot but you could wait, if you ask my opinion, I don’t think it’d be easy to find someone who has the same item and having the issue ( exactly same ) that also be here on the forum.

You will need to find a solution with the item author or look for a freelancer to get the issue fixed.
