I joined a few weeks back, and got a couple of (automated) emails from @emile_b about the program. I replied to each of them, one even came from Emile’s personal email address. No reply. I re-sent my messages, got no replies.
Has anybody successfully communicated with Envato’s Affiliate team?
I asked questions in support and received answers.
I wouldn’t suggest emailing folks directly unless they specifically ask you to, even if you have their personal email address. It’s usually better (and faster) to open a ticket.

Well, I am getting emails from both addresses asking me to reply and ask questions. Then I never hear back.
