Cannot Upload New Content - Page Hangs

I have been getting pages hanging endlessly on “processing” when uploading content. The page doesn’t complete the upload. This is still happening in Chrome despite clearing my cache etc. Also happens in Explorer.

Anyone else finding this ? It’s incredibly frustrating as it takes time to keyword etc.
