Cannot find the theme pages

I purchsed a themeforest LMS theme. I cannot find the setup like that of the preview.

I have followed the steps from documentation and installed demo content. When you click on the preview of the theme, there is a layout in grey color. Which is not available in any demo content.

Sounds like there maybe theme options to activate but without seeing it all it’s hard to say.
