How to configure the theme on themeforest. Trying to access the demos and documentation

I am confused as to how to configure the theme. On ThemeForest it states, “you actually get four stylish website demos to choose from”. I don’t see how to access the demos. Also, it states the theme is well documented. Where do I find the documentation?
