Cancelling LayerSlider license on a website

I bought LayerSlider ages ago and used it on a now-defunct site. Have just installed it on a new site. It says I cannot update because I’ve reached the max number of installations. How do I cancel installations for a defunct website?

You can contact the author of LayerSlider at their support page and let them know you’d like to use the license on a new website. They should be able to take care of this for you.

Thanks for that, but it looks like support has expired and they’re asking for a new paid subscription to access support. Usual scam.
