Can we sell shirts with Envato Elements designs if we alter the design?

Hey all,

I see in the license that we can’t print a file directly from Envato Elements and sell it on a tshirt, but the other language is not clear to me. If I alter the image slightly, may I use it as a company logo and sell merch with this altered logo printed?

I think in this case it is not allowed, the value added is tiny.

Also, I don’t know if it’s different on Elements but Graphic River items cannot be used as logos.
