Hi all, I want to use Evanto Elements to create t-shirt designs and more but I am a little confused about the ‘simple license’

Can I download the elements and incorporate them into a new design, change an element in the design or make a drawing from a design/photo and use that as a design to sell?

You can do everything but you cannot re-sale it. If you need to sell the end-product, you need to get the item from GraphicRiver with “extended license”

  • Clear guidelines on what’s not allowed

Some common-sense limitations do apply, as set out below:

  • You can’t re-sell, or re-distribute items;
  • You can’t use items in on-demand services; and
  • You generally can’t use items as the basis for merchandising. For example, printing a logo from Envato Elements straight onto a T-shirt is not allowed. See clause 13 below for the relevant terms and conditions.
