Can not import demo content, please help

My wordpress version is 4.4.2-zh_TW and I bought the theme, woopress. I want to import demo content and have tried One Click Installation and .XML files import, but they didn’t work out. Did I miss any setting procedure?? Please help me…

Have you tried contacting the author of that theme? Here is their support information they have listed under their support tab. Hope that helps!
