Can I use products/templates from Envato Elements for freelancer or open service?

hello.

I want to ask about licensing, can I use the product on Envato Elements to use it as an open service or freelancer? for example, like I opened a service to create social media banners using existing templates on Envato Elements, and so on but only gave the final result, not the file,for example only provide jpg or png format photos. what are the conditions?

You would need to:

  1. download unique copies of the design/included items each time you sell the final result AND
  2. you would need to remain actively subscribed as long as you are producing/selling these final results i.e. you cannot download the necessary parts and create the end result, then unsubscribe and continue to sell it
