Hello, i found an UI Kit (aka, a set of dummy screenshots), but i’m not allowed to use it commercially, does that count if i’m gonna use it only in my Demo preview? (i will replace the Kit screenshots with Placeholders in the final download file).
TL;DR: can i use Non-commercial Assets in my Demo Preview?
I doubt it as commercial tends to include both the final items but also any circumstance/situation etc. which facilitates you profiting from content.
What Charile said. You’d be using it to demonstrate, promote and market a commercial product… so it would be classed as commercial use.
but what if the UI kit is free but it has no license? can i still use it in the demo?
Then you definitely can’t use it.
